About Me:

The Human Engagement Project is all about having real conversations with real people.

2020 was a big year for many and for me it gave me the opportunity to take time to bring everything I have learnt and 30 years of corporate experience together. My goal was to consolidate all of my skills and natural coaching abilities to help business Leaders and Teams to connect and thrive.


Throughout my career I have been fortunate to have been offered many career opportunities and have worked with inspirational Leaders, Teams, Colleagues and Friends. 


I have international experience leading teams in large corporate environments and have always enjoyed coaching and mentoring individuals to realise their potential.


I am a perpetual learner, a qualified workplace trainer and assessor, professionally trained NLP coach practitioner, a certified yoga teacher, graphic designer and copywriter. I am also undertaking further training in Emotional Intelligence Leadership and DISC profiling.


My own thirst for knowledge coupled with my inquisitive nature has enabled me throughout my career to connect and gain insights from leaders and candidates. I have been privy to in depth conversations about personal growth, reward, recognition and professional and employee engagement challenges. It is through these insights that the Human Engagement Project has been born.

  

It is only through starting with the individual that you build engaged, connected Leaders and teams. When you tap into the core of what drives the individual, you capture their essence and empower them to realise their potential.


The benefits are exponential. Cultivating a positive connected culture drives revenue, it increases productivity and creative problem solving, reduces attrition, creates brand ambassadors and drives talent attraction. 


And it is all about asking the right questions and overall just a creating a Great Place to Work.


Employee Engagement and creating positive change is my goal, through leadership and team coaching and talent strategies and assisting business and teams to connect, grow and thrive.
